Killers in Attics and Deadly Tales

Hello, my Freaky Darlings!

I hope you had a wonderful week and an even better weekend filled with great reads (hopefully one of my books) and great food and company.

Personal Shit

The season change is upon us no matter which side of the world you’re on. Down here in the southern hemisphere, the air is crisper, and the breeze has a chilly bite. The sun is waking up later, but sadly, my cats don’t think I should be allowed to sleep longer just because the sun hasn’t decided to appear.

I’ve had an adventurous weekend so far. I went gallivanting on a boat down the crocodile river with some friends and a glass of wine in hand. We went in search of hippos, and although we didn’t spot any, much to the relief of some, we did spot giraffes, zebra and deer. It was amazing to get out into nature. What was also truly amazing was that the wildlife preserve was just a short drive outside Johannesburg’s hustle and bustle.

Weird Shit

In this week’s episode, I’m exploring the rather creepy urban legend based on an actual event – The Killer in the Attic.

Shit to Read

This week I bring you a veritable smorgasbord of fantasy, horror, and science fiction. Click on the images to find your next favourite book.
