Hello my Freaky Darlings,

Today’s movie is House of Fears (2007):

Okay, this wasn’t a brilliant movie, but it wasn’t that bad either. I didn’t bore me to tears, but it didn’t have me at the edge of my seat. The “evil idol” that’s supposed to be the cause of all the trouble, looks like one of those things you can get at the Rosebank market and didn’t exactly fill me with trepidation. The death scenes that were supposed to be the victims worst fears were, well, rather boring. If you’re just looking for something mindless to watch this should do the trick.

If I were to give it a rating it would be 2 out 5.
