Helen Ginger has given me the “When life gives you lemons, make lemonade award.” I personally prefer “when life gives you lemons, grab a bottle of tequila,” but I can roll with this one.
Now, we horror writers are usually too busy being deep, dark and twisted to do cute and fluffy awards, but since I’m grabbing that tequila I can take a break from being dark for a few minutes and give this award to 10 deserving bloggers:
Cat Connor – she really deserves this one.
Wish I had thought of tequila. Luckily, the liquor store is right next to the grocery store, so I can stock up for some “Shadows Lemonade.”
Looks like you got the double whammy, same as I did, Joan. Check my blog and you’ll see that I put the happy tag on you. It calls for naming six things that make you happy. Cheers!

Thanks Joan! You and Chester were on the same wavelength today. But these awards are fun and get us all to snoop around at each other’s blogs. Btw, I like your background!
Thanks…I think. Do you have anything left in that bottle of tequila?

Thanks Joan. I appreciate it and am glad you took time out from being deep, dark and twisted to participate in this award. Are there any awards for horror blogs?

Thanks for the award, Joan. There have been whole books written about this subject, haven’t there.
Awww shucks… Thanks Joan. 🙂
Margarita anyone?
I love Margarita’s!
I think I can spare one shot and a lemon slice.
Thanks for the award, Joan. A lime would go better with that tequila than a lemon, though, especially if you’re drinking the silver kind.
Thanks for the award and as for the lime or lemon, on a Friday night I’m not sure it really makes a difference.
